Cera has always had an admiration for art, overall aesthetics, and communication. Her loyalty to all three translated into the industry at a young age when she moved to Chicago and studied Cosmetology at the Aveda Institute. Cera’s commitment to providing excellence in service grew through her experience in restaurants and eventually landed her a position at Salon Buzz in Chicago’s gold coast, where she continued her career in styling as a design apprentice. As a business owner and through multiple endeavors, her energy for the industry grows continually through clients needs and entrepeneurship, luxury skincare and cosmetics, education and fashion. Her admiration for other artists inspires her to always expand and adapt, allowing her to offer an ever-evolving product and experience, while maintaining a family like and inviting space for both staff and clients — topping it off with making them laugh, of course. *Cera is not currently taking new clients

STYLIST

Over the past decade doing hair, Joseph’s career has taken him to so many beautiful places, leading him to make the journey home to Madison after 15 years in Austin and NYC, because as they say home is where the heart is. Joseph enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, focusing in soft natural color that enhances and compliments his guests as well as transformational cuts and color for those who are inspired for a change. He also loves the details of short hair and looks that can be worn in different variations.

STYLIST

Specializing in all things curls, lived in and custom color services — Cassidy is a natural at what she does. ‘What I love about this industry is the endless amount of opportunities. You truly can never get bored! The constant change in trends and fashion are always evolving and it's so exciting! The excitement sparked in me when I started my curly girl hair journey — growing up with thick, curly, frizzy hair came with its struggles and insecurities. Learning and educating myself on products saved my hair and my confidence! And that is my passion, to teach and educate my clients about their hair sparks a little more confidence in them that wasn't there before!’

AESTHETICIAN

Olivia has been drawn to all things aesthetics for as long as she can remember. The two most important things to her while searching for a career have been that she can make a difference in someone’s life, and that she enjoys what she does — exactly what aesthetics mean to her! After taking the leap and deciding to chase her passion at Aveda Institute Madison, she has been very excited to start at Atelier! She believes that a fresh set of brows, a lash lift, or a device based facial can change the entire way someone feels about themselves. After going through the journey of healing her own skin, she’s excited to help people gain both healthy skin, along with confidence. Olivia’s love for the industry is only growing as she learns more everyday. She loves connecting with guests and helping them glow from the inside out — teaching them about their skin and working with them to get the results they’re searching for, setting them up with a maintenance plan in between visits. Olivia is naturally inviting to all, making each client feel appreciated and special!

STYLIST

Growing up, what inspired Lesley the most and continues to inspire her is her family, her culture, fashion, art, and music. In cosmetology school she found a passion for the styling part of hair and dreamed of being a bridal stylist. For the last few years she has been doing just that and is amazed for all the experiences and how much she has grown in her career.

STYLIST

Abigail’s hair calling started really as a child but officially back in the fall of 2015 at the AVEDA Institute on the UW-Madison campus. She started work at her previous salon shortly afterward and has been entrenched in the industry for 8 years. She is so excited to have the opportunity to work in our quaint neighborhood on the Madison isthmus.

Loving the academics of hair such as analyzing new techniques, Abigail likes to attend classes to stay current in the craft of beauty. Her work is inspired by her love for nature, fashion, and all things art. While cutting texture, dimensional coloring, and bright blondes are her favorite, she is well educated in all things hair.

As your hairdresser she is committed to making you laugh, helping you relax, and creating a look tailored to you and your lifestyle. Abigail’s goal is to always make you look and feel elegant and electrified about your hair and your essence after you leave our luxury salon.
